Tennile Cooper spent ten years in social services learning why people do what they do. Then she quit to write for a living, with no journalism degree, no formal training and a WordPress site full of bathroom selfies. It sold $2,000 copywriting packages anyway.

That business became She Is Epic. It taught her the lesson she’s built a career on: people buy from someone they feel they already know.

Since then, she has led brand and customer marketing at B2B tech companies Docebo, Thinkific and Unbounce. Trained rooms at the Microsoft Store, entrepreneur hubs in three cities, two school boards and the Professional Writers Association of Canada. Mentored the founders behind 50-plus business launches. Founded the SiE Fund, a micro-venture fund for women-led businesses. Earned Strategy’s 2021 New Establishment Innovator title and a Canadian Marketing Association award in 2024.

And retired the bathroom selfies.

Please welcome Tennile Cooper.
